The Tulsa Roustabouts store is run by volunteers and is a non-profit business, please be patient and understanding if we can’t get back to you right away!
Can I buy a Roustabouts scarf without being a member?
Yes and no. We will occasionally offer some scarves to members and non-members, but our 2016 member scarf is only available as part of our 2016 membership kit.
What if I never pick up an item I bought even though I chose “Pick Up”?
We will make every attempt to have pickup orders available for pickup at pre-game rallies and tailgates. If you are unable to pickup an item and would like it shipped instead, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I receive my items?
Shipping is done on a weekly basis. Sometimes bi-weekly if there is an exceptionally small number of orders. There is no set day of the week shipping is done. It is up to the discretion of the volunteer in charge of shipping that week and the evening they have free. Once orders are shipped standard shipping times apply.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the item, the quantity you are ordering and where it is being shipped to. You can view your shipping costs from the shopping cart page.
I keep trying to increase the quantity of an item in the cart, but it won’t let me.
This is because we don’t have enough stock of that particular item to fill the increased order. The cart won’t let you add it if we don’t have it.
All sales are final, however, items in like-new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged for an item of equal value or a store credit. You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (usually an email, and we can help you locate it).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additional shipping charges for exchanged items may be necessary.
If your items arrive in a damaged state, please let us know so we can facilitate a replacement free-of-charge. Simply email email@example.com for more information.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock or no longer available?
In the unfortunate case that this happens we will work with each individual to find a satisfactory solution. This may include a refund or an exchange for a similar item.
What happens if part of my order is backordered? When will I get my stuff?
If you have an order with multiple items but part of it is back-ordered, we will ship available items straight away and the remainder will be shipped when they are back in stock (at no extra charge).
I’m having trouble paying with PayPal.
We are unable to provide support for technical issues with ordering on PayPal’s website. Verify you have entered your information correctly and that it matches the information entered on our website. If you continue having trouble, contact PayPal support.
Can I buy items in person?
Yes! At home matches, the Tulsa Roustabouts will setup a tent where memberships, scarves and other merchandise will be sold. Stop by the table and you can buy with cash or card. The mobile storefront also attends some events held throughout the year.
